This was my first smart tv purchase and it's awesome! I was holding off purchasing till the end of year and got a great price with the product I was wanting. The picture is so clear and have so many apps to learn. I only buy Samsung, tv's and they are never disappointing.

Got this tv as a warranty return . So happy the other one broke lol. This one is 10 times better . All around so far a great tv .. the sound is great compared to most similar tv's....easy to set up for Bluetooth and apps .. comes with lots of additional channels to watch . And movies.

I have owned this TV for a couple of weeks now and I really do like it. The picture quality is great and the amount of apps you can add made a huge difference compared to my last tv. I use this for movies, shows, and video games and have not ran into any issues so far.

Over a month with no issues and if I had to be picky about stuff would be the software sometimes lags a little, can be frustrating but overall a great purchase for the price, quality and sound is great, I mainly use streaming services on it and everything looks great.

Picture, sound etc. Good. But some apps need to be reinstalled. The TV had amazon prime video installed when it arrived but after few days had to be removed and reinstalled as would not open. Also for few other apps to install I had to unplug the TV to do reset using power cycling. Overall sound, picture other features good. It has been a month only. The installation was easy.

A great TV with excellent picture quality and smart TV features, the one remote is nice and the TV is an easy set up. Well worth the price but the motion rate is obviously not top dollar quality. Everything else fit the bill, big, sleek and smart features. Definitely would recommend.

Nice TV for the price- great to see the flat screen 4K TV's less in price.

I really like everything about the television, I have not unpacked it as yet because I am about to relocate to somewhere else. I know someone that owns this television and that is why I purchased it. The color, clarity of picture ,the size. Makes the television perfect for me.

This TV was packaged well and easy to assemble, the item was easily wall mounted with the approved bracket (not included but recommended and purchased from Best Buy).Once installed the online manual was easily accessible and friendly to use.Great picture and sound.

Love this TV, it's super light so it's easy to move if needed. The picture is great, so clear. The volume was a little lower than I expected, but navigating through settings I was able to fix that issue. Overall, it's a great TV for the price.

For the price I don't think you could find a better deal for a smart tv with a picture that will compete with this Samsung 65" Class 8 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV? Will it last as long as the Plazma TV that it replaced? I guess we will find out in the future.

I enjoy the TV and the price I paid. Quality is good and easy to mount.

I’m extremely happy with this TV Samsung will definitely be my new brand of TV that I will only have in the house the pic quality is so clear and it also has its own Channels built right in it’s like you have cable built right into your TV without paying for cable.

I am extremely happy with my new TV. It has an excellent picture and I bought a Samsung sound bar with it so I just have to use one remote to adjust network, sound, channel and picture. I would highly recommend this Samsung TV for every day use.

First of all the customer service was very good. They had us come in sit and we only waited a few minutes before someone was helping us. Also great social distancing. The TVs features are excellent. Its the perfect size for my living room, fits on the wall perfectly.

Picture quality was as expected. I replaced a old SAMSUNG to upgrade size and resolution. The sound quality was not even close to the TV I was throwing away. Spend another chunk of money on a sound bar. Would recommend with the note to try and get a bundle deal with a sound bar.
