Pleased with delivery men. Not pleased with store

Friendly and professional. They took their time explaining everything! I am very disappointed in the store employees and the call in center. First the majority of employees were in the front of the store and no one was in the different departments. I finally stood in the TV department talking very loud asking for anyone to help me. I had to go back up front and ask again for help ! Call center needs to answer the telephone!!
