The image is great, the ports available are plenty. But the software on it is garbage. There's built in ads, it's laggy and it needs to be 'hard reset' every other time I turn it on. Not to mention the advertisements that are built into the main menu. Really Samsung?! I need ads on a tv that I bought from you??? The remote is ~ok~ I haven't had any connectivity issues with the remote and it does it's job pretty well. My main problem with it is the buttons on it, One is a samsung TV button, another is a amazon prime button and the third is a Netflix button. I don't use samsung TV and amazon prime so those are a waste of space. If I were a designer not trying to push products to my customers I'd make all the 'feature' buttons user defined, that way I can link the crappy/laggy apps to those buttons. Overall I would not really recommend this TV, I won't bring it back because it's too much of a hassle. But if you're looking for a TV that's similar to this one I'd checkout TCL, almost the same exact features for a smaller price. Sorry samsung :( this just ain't it
