Good large-screen smart TV

Parts were missing, but the sales person made us aware. It was the stand and hardware, but we were mounting it on the wall. So no problem. However, the power cord was also missing. When we notified the store, they located a cord but charged us for shipping it. It wasn't much, but we didn't expect to pay anything for their failure to make sure the necessary parts were included. The TV is great - no problems at all. Would have given Best Buy 5 stars if the cord had been included. First problem we've ever had with our many purchases at Best Buy.
