I called and stayed on the phone for several hours to no avail. The issue is: I paid Geek Squad to come to my home to set up my new TV, allowing my iphone to connect to my smart TV and to share with me other features of the TV. The screen mirroring worked for awhile, but I now can not get a connection. Also, I was never told how to connect to Alexa or made aware of other featues. I need someone to call me to talk about how to make these things happen.
