She turns out to be the Samsung representative. Therefore, she knew her product. We had owned a Samsung and wanted another. She was not pushy, and took the time needed for senior citizens to comprehend exactly what we were buying; since our current TV was over 20 years. Thank you Tyler, we appreciate you.

Good TV overall

Even after remote troubleshooting with a commendable effort and extreme cooperation by the customer rep the problem wasn’t resolved till the next day. The 4 star sort of reflects that experience. The TV so far has been pretty good. I do think the screen needs to be brighter than the maximum threshold in daylight, especially when sunlight enters the room near the back of the TV.

(I play Call of Duty) on Xbox and turned on the 4K feature on the xbox. Everything is seen crisp and clear. The TV has a really cool feature that it turns to “game mode” as soon as you enter the game, it makes the graphics a lot better. For watching netflix on 4k, again you see everything! Built in speakers are also good.
