Great overall picture and clarity of objects on screen moving. Very sleek!

I’ve had this TV for two years now. It’s a great, quality is good, I haven’t had any issues with it. The only complaint I have is that it’s not very user friendly when searching for titles of specific shows or movies.

We absolutely love this TV! It’s very thin and is mounted on our wall nicely! We’re actually going to purchase another one in a couple weeks. Love that the Geek Squad hooked up our surround sound to the TV also!

Fantastic tv. Picture is incredible. Easy to use. Menus & app screens are fairly easy. Sound is also pretty good for the design. My main issue is the remote is lacking (too small and not great for controlling other devices) and the Disney+ App has an odd jumpiness too it when the scene pans... Netflix, Prime, etc all are great. Hit the netflix button and it instantly loads!

After following reviews of the Samsung 8000 series TVs, we took the leap to buy one for our media room. What a great buy! Image quality is exceptional and the user interface is easy to use. Note: Our previous TV was dropping signal during streaming; this one has not dropped once. We thought the problem was our internet service. The new Samsung was well worth the investment.

It was good for the first couple months of use, but now it’s starting to get very laggy and at times if it freezes for more than 5 minutes it just shuts off and nothing responds i have to unplug and replug into the wall then everything goes back to normal. other than that it’s a good tv for its price

Love this television. Very clear, easy to operate.

I have had this TV for about an year now and have been happy with the brightness and pic quality. Few things to note. This TV is Not suitable for larger room with bright light. Also need to augment with sound bar for better sound experience. Also going with total tech from Best Buy is worth it as the install and hook up if free and the technician explains and sets it up. Hassle free experience.

I love this TV. This is the best Tv that I have ever purchased. I have not had any issues with at all and I purchased it over a year and. half ago. The color is excellent. It has some great features as well.

I was looking at either getting the 7000 or the 8000. Looking at improved specs and better stuff for a little more, I chose this one. Picture looks great. I have a sound system to hookup. I had heard the sound isn’t great. Great price for Memorial Day. I’ve always gone with Samung TVs for anything big, picture quality is just better.

Purchased this TV February 2022. May of 2025 the left half of the screen went black when it was turned on. The lower right hand portion of TV also gets extremely hot. The screen on this TV has always seemed to emit a lot of heat. Don't know if that had anything to do with it failing. I know that for $650 I expected more life out of this TV. It was a beautiful picture, until it wasn't. Very disappointing.

Great design and image quality. Sound can be improved.

I wanted a larger TV, I had a 43" Samsung Crystal UHD already and liked its cost to picture quality. The 65" was easy to unpack and physically setup with 2 people. The software setup was pain, you had to type a lot to setup internet accesses. The controller is smaller with less buttons, it took a while to figure out that the volume and channel buttons get pushed sideways. As it is, the TV quality is as good as I expected and enjoy watching it. I didn't want to drop it a star because of my inexperience with the setup. And the have since gotten use to the controller.
