The tv works fairly decent, I am having issues with the sound bar . It works when it wants to. Picture quality is excellent and the smart feature works well. good app selection

So far, we are enjoying this tv. It took us a minute to figure out the various picture options (didn’t like the original three that come when AI is enabled), but the Samsung specialist helped us figure it out. We love the Alexa feature as well.

Excellent picture, I was looking for life like and this tv covered that for me. It has extremely easy to set up, hooked right to my internet with no problems. The minute you turn it on it goes through a setup process which is very easy and takes care of everything for you. Sound isn't the best, but not the worst I've had either. If you want a theater sound I would recommend a sound bar, but that is the case with almost all tv's imo.

The clarity of this tv is off the charts! It’s so realistic, definitely made it more enjoyable to watch movies with the family. Our tv speaker went out so upgraded to this, and we do not regret the purchase. Price was decent, and we opted for total tech for any issues that could arise in future on all our devices purchased from Best Buy. I not only trust the product, but most definitely the store.

Great tv. Only complaint I have is the volume is really low. But a sound bar fixes that.
