I've had it for a few weeks and it has done it about 4 or 5 times. We don't watch tv all the time in the family room so I'm not sure if it would happen more.

Thank you for purchasing the AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for sharing your review. Your feedback regarding issues with the color of your new TV is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
When you are connecting your devices that supply 4K content to your TV, you need to enable Input Signal Plus (UHD HDMI Color). Your device should be instantly recognized, and this setting will turn on automatically. If for some reason this doesn't happen, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > General > External Device Manager.
- Select Input Signal Plus (UHD HDMI Color).
You'll see a list of the HDMI ports on your TV. Select the HDMI port that you are going to connect (or have connected) a 4K device to. This will turn the feature on for this port. Keep in mind, when selecting the HDMI input you are connecting, the TV screen may flicker.
