WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!

It replaced a 39" that was a non 4k high definition tv. First thing we noticed was that we didnt have trouble reading the smaller print at the bottom of the screen. Secondly was how the colors just jump out at you. Black is black, not a dark gray like our old set. The 4k ultra high definition picture is sharp and crystal clear. Might be why Samsung calls it crystal ultra high definition. We bought this at a reduced price at Best Buy and took it home. A neighbor helped me carry it from my truck to the living room. I set it up myself and I'm 71 years old. Set up was quite simple, and no adjustments to the picture or sound were needed. My thanks to the sales team at Best Buy for taking the time to go over our needs and to show us the difference in brands, features and prices. May I add that it was the Best Buy in Myrtle Beach.

Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
If adjusting image settings does not improve your picture, please contact Samsung Customer Support at:
1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM -12AM EST M-F (9AM – 6PM EST Sat). Or text HELP to 62913.

Good picture quality and it is comparable to QLed's from other brands. Sound is mediocre and doesn't get any bass. Bestbuy customer service was good, my product was delivered without the stand and the store handled it well.
