The picture is very good definitely need to use a soundbar if the TV is mounted on the wall. Navigating the system using the remote included is a bit challenging. Haven't been able to figure out how to connect to cable box as a backup when wifi goes down.

A very fine TV for the money. Extremely pleased with the purchase. Was easy to connect, remote is easy to use, and the Alexa feature is pretty nice.

This is a great tv for the money. It does lack some higher end features, and can be slightly laggy when entering multiple commands. Overall it's a great value and picture quality is excellent.

I bought this tv 65 “ recently but on Netflix, Prime or Youtube. Some videos and tv shows/movies does not show full screen. It shows black bars on top and bottom. I have picture settings set to ratio: 16:9 but it still shows black bars. If anyone knows how to solve this or has suggestions. Please let me know

Brand new 2023 samsung tv, got it on black friday & was one of the best purchases ive made. Would definitely recommend this tv to anybody trying to upgrade, samsung never disappoints!!

We bought this tv to replace a 10 year old Samsung 60 in. Ok, so it’s not the top of the line Samsung, but for the price and picture you can’t go wrong !

I recently purchased this TV, and unfortunately, it has proven to be a disappointment. Right out of the box, I noticed several faint lines running horizontally across the screen, which became more pronounced with darker images. Despite trying different HDMI cables and adjusting the settings, the issue persisted, significantly affecting the viewing experience. It's especially noticeable when watching movies or shows with high-contrast scenes, making it hard to enjoy content without being distracted by these disturbing lines. While the TV's features, such as the sound quality and smart functionality, are decent, the screen defect is a major flaw that overshadows its positives. I reached out to customer service, but the troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the problem, and the issue seems to be a manufacturing defect. It's frustrating to invest in a new product only for it to arrive with such an obvious problem. I would not recommend this TV unless you're willing to risk a defective display.

It's almost TOO good. The definition is so high that some older movies don't look right because their productikn quality doesn't come up to the picture quality on this tv. I love it.

I simply love this TV,I had other TV models n the rest of the house rooms and I ended up switching to this TV n all the rooms,great quality and great price!

Good clear picture and peretty good sound. Came well-packaged and setup was easy. Could do a better job of explaining how the warranty works and what to do if service is needed.

Nice tv. Lots of features. Easy to set up and connect. Cannot speak to the sound as it has been connected to a sound bar from day one, but the picture is very nice.

Great picture. Lots of menu options. Sometimes it takes two times to turn it on (goes off while starting up, but comes right back on). Still glad we bought this unit.

Good TV for the price. If your looking for decent picure quality for a good price, this is the one. Not as good as the QLED series, but much cheaper if you not looking to spend a lot.

Perfect size for our room. We were looking at a smaller tv but decided on the 65 inch after viewing the various sizes at the store. So happy we made the decision we did!

Samsung is it for me on TVs , started w plasma, Now up to this 65, and w the 18 months finance via Best Buy , its practically free , super great quality Highly recommend

I have had this television for a couple of months and it is a very good television. I would highly recommend this television. The quality and picture is perfect.

The picture resolution, color and brightness are stellar for a tv in this price range. Having a separate sound system is practically a necessity, so no points off for that. Replaces a 10 year old plasma.
