Dark scenes are horrible. Severe backlight bleed. Must be used in very dark room. Great picture quality for the money though.

Navigating the system using the remote included is a bit challenging. Haven't been able to figure out how to connect to cable box as a backup when wifi goes down.

The definition is so high that some older movies don't look right because their productikn quality doesn't come up to the picture quality on this tv. I love it.

Some videos and tv shows/movies does not show full screen. It shows black bars on top and bottom. I have picture settings set to ratio: 16:9 but it still shows black bars. If anyone knows how to solve this or has suggestions. Please let me know

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know you are experiencing troubleshooting issues on your CU8000 TV. Please know that HD channels will have black bars on either side of the screen when displaying upscaled SD (4:3) content. Black bars will appear at the top and bottom of the screen when watching movies with aspect ratios different from your TV. Adjust the picture size options on your external device or set the TV to full screen.
Go to: Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size
