It's a nice TV. The picture looks great and has a decent response time to input from the remote.

I purchased this TV online for pickup at the Fullerton location same day. I had to drive an hour to pick it up one way since that was the only location with it in stock. I got it home and opened it the very next morning and not only was it used with scratches and velcro tape on it, the screen was damaged as well. I immediately took it to the location closest to me at Costa Mesa and the manager would not exchange it for me. He said Fullerton would have to research the issue and I would have to contact that location. I even showed him that online their policy states "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we’ll arrange for a replacement"... it doesn't say you have to go to the original location. So then I called the Fullerton number and spoke to customer service and they said because it is damaged there is no guarantee I can return it because there is no way for me to prove I didn't damage it?! That is crazy! How can they prove to me they sold me a new TV?! I have purchased many things from Best Buy over the last 20 years and I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Horrible customer service and selling fraudulent items. New-in-box is not new-in-box. Will be disputing this with my credit card and reporting them to BBB.

Picture quality is great but the sounds is not that good. A sound bar might be needed if you prefer a better sound quality . Overall satisfied with this purchase

The quality of this TV is amazing! The simplicity of the Smart TV is wonderful and I am so glad I gave in and bought this TV.

I am only giving it a 4 star because I had to reset the TV because it was having Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Wi-Fi has been stable after the reset and I’m enjoying the crisp picture quality.
