    So far I love the tv except for the way they changed a lot with the remote how you can’t just punch in the channel an that you have to go to the guide to change or flick thru to go to or back to your show

    I love my Samsung-65 TV. Service was wonderful. Agents were very friendly and they knew what they were doing. Answered any questions I had about the tv.

    We absolutely love this TV! We bought a TCL and honestly it had some problems so the associate suggested a Samsung and we are so happy they did!

    This TV is not what I expected. I love Samsung products. And maybe I just had a bad TV But there were a lot of glitches a lot of jumping from one screen to another and it was not user friendly, which is surprising because I have an older Samsung that I love. I am glad I was able to have a return and purchase another TV . I do have to say the picture was amazing. But the other issues I was having overrode my desire to keep thevTV

    That TV was excellent, thats why i liked it and the delivery and fix it also was good perfectly. No problem and very quick to finish and up to now no more troubles.

    The TV was easy to set up, but I do not like two things: The low profile of the TV stand and the small remote. My previous model was at a better viewing height with a taller stand and the larger remote was easier to use.

    This TV did exactly what I needed it to do. We needed an updated streaming platform that would allow us to stream all channels we subscribe to and this was the answer

    Best Buy is my favorite store. I always get the greatest products from Best Buy. Customer service is is awesome and very helpful. I'll always be a customer of Best Buy.

    Tv was fine for the price but the $600 I had to pay to Geek Squad was ridiculous. Plus their attitude, and telling me, “you may have paid Best Buy that much but WE don’t get all that! And them saying You ask above and beyond what we planned to do. They were there 15 minutes! I had to call them back twice. I will NEVER use Geek Squad again - I’ll call Hello Tech or Tech Help. So much cheaper and better informed!

    The picture and features are excellent my only complaint is the remote. The remote only works intermittently and even then no more then 5 feet from the tv.

      I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with slow response time on your remote. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.

      Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

    Unless you own an 8k OLED TV, this TV is the one to have. Tizen OS is great, Apps run fast...lots of features. Screen mirror you MacBook is so easy.

    Customer service was great just a bad tv. First day we got it the screen was broken internally and fixed it by unplugging it and turning back on. But it keeps happening. Having problems with the “game mode” function of the tv. In my opinion they need to keep smart tvs simple. I do not care for the remote either.
