Wifi hookup is terrible. Constantly have to reconnect it. Loses wifi for no reason b/c I check all my other devices and they are still on. Also does not auto-reconnect to wifi. you have to put your password in again. I would return the TV if I wasn't stuck with it b/c I didn't unpack and hook it up right away. I am stuck in the Samsung eco-system and so disappointed. Nothing of theirs works properly. Im getting ready to take the massive steps to switch everything to Apple (and I hate Apple, shows how many issues I'm having with Samsung).

You will first need to select which Voice Assistant you would like to help control your TV. You will also need to be connected to the internet. After selecting your Voice Assistant, you can change the settings by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Voice > Voice Assistant. Once your Voice Assistant is selected, you can press the Microphone button on your remote to help navigate the settings menu, change the volume, or even search for content.

Brand new tvs with issues. After 2 and a half month requested service from Best Buy due to faulty performance. Too slow, network does not work properly, some lines appears randomly. I bought one 65" and the 55", both faulty. I think is something wrong with this Samsung model.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
If you are still seeing lines on your screen please follow the below steps.
1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections
2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines.
3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?
4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?
5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)
6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

Great TV but the Tizen interface is just ok, the NBA app is not supported, I wonder how many more apps are not supported. Too bad I missed the window to return it.
