Great picture and options. TV is light and easy to set up. My only complaint is that it has only 2 HDMI ports.

The way it is so plug and play is amazing. It detects my xbox, I can use the controller to control said xbox. The only down sides are the remote is so small we lose it all the time and the lack of buttons on the tv(there is one) in case you lose the remote is rough. You have one button you have to find each time. Otherwise, this TV is wonderful!

I’m really impressed with this TV’s combination of big-screen 4K picture quality and everyday usability — the colors are bright and crisp, and movies and shows feel much more immersive than my old set. Setup was quick and straightforward, and Samsung’s smart platform gave me instant access to all my favorite streaming apps without any hassle. The design is sleek and doesn’t overpower my living room, and overall it feels like a premium upgrade without a premium price tag. The only minor drawback is the limited number of HDMI ports, but for most streaming and daily viewing this has been a great pick so far.

Excellent Picture Quality, easy to use. Would recommend getting a sound bar with it as the volume does not get very high.

Outstanding picture, a big step up from our old tv. We had an issue with the DVD connection, I contacted the installer who had given me his card with cell phone number but he never responded. Turned out the HDMI cable was bad so after I replaced the cable it worked fine. Disappointing that the installer didn't respond.

Honestly am pretty disapointed in this TV. I had two 65 inch Samsungs for almost 10 years that I have just recently needed to replace and decided to go with tthis one since I got it for a decent price. I got this TV in July and have recently noticed an extreme lag in anything I try to do on it. Jumping from different apps to just turning up the volume, the TV randomly has 20 second delays! I also have a samsumg bluetooth speaker I use with it and no matter what I do, the TV will not stay connected to the soundbar after I turn the tv on and off. So everytime I turn it on, I have got to manually go in and reconnect the sound bar. Super annoying and frustrating to say the least. Other than the lagging and disconnecting from the soundbar, the image quality is fantastic!

TV is easy to install and took roughly 30 minutes to turn on and have the software do its update. The image is pretty good, has sufficient adjustments to your taste and have not noticed any lag to worry about. It auto detects my gaming systems when plugging in, but not when I turn them on if they are already plugged in.

Once we received a tv that wasn't damaged ( it took three tries), it works beautifully. Easy to set up and stream. The color is great and adjustable but the picture is outstanding. Great value for this tv.

Nic TV with excellent picture. Needed to buy converters to connect to older stereo system. The built in WiFi seems to have memory limitation. Seen picture freeze when watching multiple episodes of a show when using reverse and stop features. Great tv for the price.
