Remote Needs to Be Redesigned. TV is great.

There were no printed directions. Not into looking stuff on computers. It took SEVERAL hours and finally a YouTube video to figure out how the remote works. Y'all need to redesign the remote.

I went into to Best Buy to get them to price match a TV for Target. They couldn't do that, but I found a stack of these TV's in the corner marked as discounted and the price was lower than the price I was trying to get. The sales rep should have just pointed me to these in the first place. Anyways, I am happy.
