    The tv was purchased for my parent whose tv stop working after 15 years of service. The staff was really kind to my parent by explaining what the new feature are on tv now and days. And all honesty they use none of the feature and continue to watch tv on the roku.

    The TV looks good, and I got it at a great price, so I didn't expect too much. However, my only complaint is that it doesn't have an optical connection. Other than that, I absolutely love the TV! I have a small ONN sound bar connected that won’t work via HDMI so that was my need for optical because I’m sure it would work then I had that sound bar connected to a older Samsung, but I just wanted something bigger for the wife I guess she has to use the speakers on the TV now unless I break down and buy another sound bar for her
