    Fantastic TV… couldn’t be happier… great price… curbside pickup was SO EASY… 30 minutes from choosing the TV finally to having a Best Buy Employee slide the TV into my SUV on a rainy afternoon. Excellent!

    Bad Web Browser

    The good: The TV works well with apps and is pretty intuitive. It's what you should expect from a television today. The bad: The web browser is awful. If you are watching a video on a webpage that has rotating ads, as so many do, everytime the ad changes, the video freezes, and typically the cursor jumps around. Most of the time you can push the play button and the video starts, but every now and then you have to reload the page and restart the video. If you never need the web browser, it's a good TV.

    I order a lot of tv's for our company. Best Buy has the best prices and inventory by far. The worker's actually help you load the tv's.

    It is a good value smart TV. No issues so far. I had a similar model that worked with no issues for four years but the LED lights gave up. Let's see how this one does

    UI is a bit clunky and there are noticeable shadows on parts of the screen when a solid color is being shown.

      We are glad that you reached out to us regarding the display issues you are seeing on your Samsung DU6900 TV. I have a few recommendations that may resolve the shadows you are seeing on your screen.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines.
      - If the shadows still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device.
      - If shadows appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.

      If shadows appear during your test, the TV will need service. Please reach out to us so we can schedule a warranty appointment. 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. LiveChat with an agent, as well as manuals, software, and warranty info, can be found at the ‘Support’ link on our Samsung website.

    Bought open box excellent condition online. Go to pick it up. They said all the parts were there. I decided to check for myself. Asked for scissors or cutters. They said they had none. I had to use my keys to tear the shrink wrap. Not all parts included. Took TV back into store. A at front desk says my only option was to buy new unopened box. A at front desk said X would help me. After 10 min I see X and ask where the TV is. He's clueless. Go back to A who acts as if I am ruining his day by forcing him to actually work. A now tells X to get my TV. X finally brings my TV only now rather than paying the difference he has to refund my original purchase and charge me for the new TV. Of course this requires a manager who has to be summoned to the front. And to process the refund he has to scan the actual TV. He has to cut off the rest of the shrink wrap. He goes back to A (the person who said they didn't have anything) and gives him a box cutter. 30 min later, finally I have my TV and can go home. Pros: the TV Cons: BB staff
