    Disappointing durability. I never had a chance to see the display quality because the screen cracked during installation. I went to a Best Buy store and the associate basically said there was not much that could be done and due to its size, I'd need to figure out how to dispose of it on my own. I have since purchased a more durable Roku TV through a different outlet and love it. Not sure I'll buy again from Best Buy, support is not what it used to be.

    Great software for accessing apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc. Picture quality is good but not great. You get what you pay for and this is a budget friendly TV. Brightness and contrast is lacking. Both QLED and especially OLED picture quality is way better than this model. TV is fairly thick but again is due to cost. Higher end TVs are much thinner and have a nicer low profile look when wall mounted. Purchased this TV for a workout room in my basement and serves that purpose well. If this is for your home theater, spend more money and get an OLED or 8k TV.

      Thank you for your feedback on the picture quality and external design of the DU7200 TV. I have a few recommendations that may improve your visual experience:

      Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
