    I love Samsung. I had one on 2017 until 2024 and works fine and beautiful but my son throw the remote to the TV and break it so I have to buy another one in 2024 the same TV still very good

    Lower left frame on TV is loose. That is something that could have been taken care of on delivery if the guys removed TV from box & set it where it was going. TV was on sale but not cheap enough to justify paying someone to set it up. $249 to have someone take care of the set up is ridiculous. I am an older lady & could not set up the 65” TV on my own. Remember when BBY took care of customers. I was not needing TV mounted, just set on stand. SMH at BBY lack of customer care. Yes, I pay the yearly fee to be treated with more respect for my business. Seriously considering if the $200 a year has any advantage. Would I recommend this TV? Yes, just caution if you need help getting out of box & putting on TV stand.

    I ordered a 65k tv and a GE microwave Convection oven from Best Buy. We have picked up the TV but waiting for the Microwave to come in. I have purchased other items from Best Buy and had a great experience. My Family and Friends also use Best Buy!!!

    When I purchased TV I asked the salesman if it was on sale for President's Day. He told me that was the sale price and it was not going to get lower. The next week I went in to buy a sound bar and the same t v was being sold for seventy dollars less. It's going to be very hard to trust a Best Buy salesman after this.

    Purchased this tv July 2024, and less than a year and a half later, a white horizontal line appeared across the top of the screen. I did not purchase an extended warranty so I inquired about repair costs. I decided it was better for our situation to put the money into a new device. Disappointed to say the least!
