This tv has a great picture and the quality for the price was fantastic! The sound could be a little better but we are getting used to it and have adjusted the different modes to make it sound better/louder. Overall we are very happy with this purchase and currently waiting on them to go on sale again to buy another one.

great tv with great picture and sound. i would say the remote sensor is a bit sensitive, and i have to be pointing basically directly at it for the remote to work, but i dont fully mind. i also have found that the brightness range is fantasrtic, being able to make the backlight much darker at night before bed and way brighter with sun coming in the window. i have a window directly across from the screen and dont really have any glare when the brightness is higher.

I bought Samsung 65" after much research for my eye sight problem and for it's ability to adjust the legs to fit my dresser top. I went to Best Buy in Boardman Oh to visually see it and I was very impressed with the features I had read during my comparison of 65" TV's on the Best Buy site. It has beautiful co;or and most importantly I can again read the letters on the screen-I have macular degeneration and the Samsung brand has once again came through to save the day. Over the years of having Samsung products they have proven to still be top notch in their product line-Thank you

The purchase of a 65" TV from Best Buy is a good experience, smooth and efficient. The ordering process is seamless and friendly, and the TV is in excellent condition. Picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and sharp resolution, and the setup was quick. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about wall mounting. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend Best Buy for big electronics.

This Samsung TV was an astounding investment in our home. It has excellent picture and sound. The Samsung smart TV features are extremely convenient. When you turn on the Samsung 65 inch TV, whatever app you had last opened will automatically open for you. This is extremely handy and also offers multiple game and entertainment options. This is the perfect size screen for any size room. This will change the atmosphere of any room, even an office space. The Samsung 65 inch television will turn your room into a captivating theater and entertainment space. Our home is not an ideal size for hosting parties, but with this television, it makes everyone pile on the couch and watch the game cheering and having fun.

This is my first time buying the Samsung tv and I have no regrets. The color crystal clear the sound quality is really good. I love everything about my Samsung tv. I would buy again.

This is a good tv. The picture is good and the sound is good. It was easy enough to set up. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is for some reason it turns itself on at random times.

This tv was easy to setup, has a very good picture and is performing very well. The sound is a bit low/muffled, but was able to address that with a sound bar, which the tv instantly recognized and automatically connected to and configured. I would buy this tv again.

This is exactly what I expected from a Samsung tv. It is not an OLED or QLED, but it has a great picture and was quick and easy to setup. I purchased this TV to be my 2nd 65inch, in my Football watching room. I would buy this again.

TV came out of the box perfect, nothing wrong with it and everything works. Display is perfect, colors are perfect, sound was way louder than I expected. Upgraded from an older TV that was about 10 years old was use to volume needing to be up higher while on this TV I can set it to about 15-20 vs the 40-50 on the old TV! Overall great tv for the price!

Excellent service, I had bought a tv that didn’t work but what in the process of moving so I didn’t unbox it till we got into the new house. When we finally did the tv wasn’t working we drove back up to the store explain what happened they allowed us to return it for the Samsung crystal UHD and it’s a wonderful tv great picture sound everything we coulda asked for highly recommend.
