Been great so far. Great picture, audio quality, nothing hard it the setup, just a bit time consuming. The only thing is, I don't know why there isn't a voice activation for the remote, would make it so much moe competitive in that arena.

Bought this for my company as the exec’s like a little down time to watch sports. They are all super happy with the purchase - screen quality, sound quality, even the preinstalled apps all got a thumbs up from the big wigs.

My first samsong television ,,,and i was a sony fan all my life ....samsong crisp picture is easy on the eyes and sound matches its beautiful aray of colors ,its also very easy to program,,, thank you for the easy tech .

We were in the store to look at a 55” model, but decided that this 65” was better looking and a very good buy. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the picture, sound, and operation.

Works and pictures are amazing the leg stands are flimsy but if you put on stand it’s great

The TV is fabulous! The sound and picture is better than I expected. I do with; however, the remote was a little better. It’s difficult to navigate using it and it hasn’t gotten better with time.

Great TV for our needs. The clarity of more expensive Samsung TVs would have been wasted on our eyesight. Very good picture, sound OK. Remote usual from Samsung, bought universal replacement with great button features.

It’s a great TV, great features. It’s really big for big gatherings, we usually watch UFC fights with friends and family weekly and at first everyone mentioned good coloring of it. Overall I’d highly recommend it. Also, good for gaming and sounds are amazing as well

Mom jumped up and down when I gave this to her for her birthday! I was concerned about the possibility of not being bright enough... but it is! Only complaint is the simplistic remote... I'd like a few more controls and better labeling on the remote, but I'd still consider buying this TV for myself if I end up needing a new one any time soon.

The sound, the size, the brightness, the picture and the look.

We were replacing an existing 65" V. The delivery team advised of their ETA and updated the arrival time because of traffic. The actual took about 10 minutes. This is our seventh big screen purchase from Best Buy thru the years and this one was done totally on line. Keep up the great prices and service.

This TV has the Best picture ever. Very clear and sharp

The picture is nice and clear. Bluetooth is working good. I have occasional issues with the sound bar syncing

Very nice television. We had the previous model that’s still working perfectly. Just had to buy a larger one for another room and this was the newest model. I had actually purchased a more expensive Samsung and returned it for this one because it had a better picture.

This TV is amazing I have always bought LG Tv's and when I seen the price of this one I had to get it... The picture is amazing and the way the TV fuctions is perfect! Will be purchasing another one soon!

Great tv, picture looks awesome! I was having issues with the remote but Samsung replaced it once I went through troubleshooting with them.
