    Picture is great, sound not so much. You have to turn the volume almost all the way up to be able to hear it & the remote sensor is stupid picky. The only positive I can say is it has a good quality picture.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

      Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

    Our last Samsung went out surprisingly fast but my son convinced me to get another and step up in quality. Great picture. Only complaint is Samsung needs to upgrade the Smart TV features to the 21st century.

    I love this TV. I have another Samsung smart tv but it's not as clear of a picture as this one!! :) It's got a whole game mode section as well that is really awesome.

    This is primarily used for casting from a phone for bible studies. It works GREAT! Sound is acceptable and picture is amazing. Excellent for those that are not tech savvy

    This is a replacement for an earlier model that lost its backlighting. The entire process was easy to have replaced and installed. The newer Samsung version is even better than our first purchase.

    The tv was bought as a replacement for a smaller one damaged in transit while moving. Nothing to do with this company. It was on the movers. However yhe tv is awesome!

    Pick up and order was cery convenient using the pick up option. I feel like the TV is worth far more than I paid. Everyone has been extremely happy with the sound, picture and overall quality. I would certainly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a great TV.
