I was initially nervous about purchasing this tv due to the mixed online reviews and customer complaints but I couldn’t be happier. I’ve always been against the idea of buying a smart tv because I don’t need the smart features and already use Apple TV for everything (dedicated apple customer here). I’ve had this tv over a year now, other than a minor communication issue with my stereo receiver (easy fix) I only have two complaints. 1. Still don’t want/need smart features 2.Not a fan of the remote. As fas as functionality and features go I’m happy, it turns on and off when I want it to and the color/brightness is a major upgrade from my old 55” Magnavox. Note- Sound Quality Rating — I use a stereo receiver for all audio and cannot honestly rate the sound quality as good or bad.

This was in my budget and i absolutely love this TV Its clear and easy to manage.

Nice color but the volume is really low. Im someone that needs the volume very low but for this TV i have to put the volume higher & even then it's still hard to hear.

I haven’t upgraded a tv in quite a fee years and now i am glad i went qith the samsung 65” UHDTV. I like it better than my LG and for a tad over $400 you cant beat the price.

Excellent picture, easy setup and very lightweight

I purchased this Samsung TV from Best Buy, and I’m extremely happy with the performance so far. The picture quality is outstanding — vibrant colors, deep blacks, and very clear even in bright rooms. The 4K resolution brings movies and sports to life. The built-in smart features are user-friendly, and the TV connected to my Wi-Fi and streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube without any issues. Has a great picture, images are sharp and clear. Easy to operate with no problems.

Our last few TV's have been Samsung and they last a decent amount of time. We upgraded from the 58" to this 65" and the colors are great. Paired up with the Samsung B750 sound bar and sub, it sounds amazing!!

Arrived with no damage. Easy to unpack and set up. Great picture quality. It may seem small, but one big plus is that this Samsung TV does not play a tune when you turn it on (like all of our slightly older Samsung flatscreens do). The remote control has a bit of a learning curve, but it's fairly intuitive.
