Impressed for an open box item. Thought there would be issues but the picture is incredible.

Great budget TV for the price. It really does a great job and pretty good sound for a TV. Still recommend a soundbar with a bass to compliment the view.

I love the brand. We had 2 other Samsung TVs for almost 10 years. They just keep working as the first day. This TV shows a great quality image and sound. It was very easy to set up.

Great purchase. No issues to complain about. It is wall mounted in a secondary bedroom so not in heavy use. However, the color and sound is excellent and guests frequently comment on how nice both are and inquire about the tv for their own purchases.

My 10-12 year old Samsung was starting to pixelate on some channels. I found this one on a good sale. Picture is excellent. Delivery and setup guys were great as well!

I bought the Samsung 65 inn 4K smart tv for my aging parents. it has been perfect. now they can easily watch Netflix and go back to Direct TV. Picture is perfect !

Great picture quality for the price and easy setup. The only frustrating part is that Samsung will not allow the YouTube TV app on the home screen, so it has to be searched in the apps.

Great picture and clear sound although we added a soundbar because we're hard of hearing. Can even read small print which we couldn't on our older and smaller tv.

This TV works wonders, the lighting is incredible especially as I am watching TV while falling asleep. The sound is amazing, and the colors and lighting of the device is everything. The only thing I wish I found sooner is the automatic turn off setting for the device.

I am amazed that I was able to get this at a really affordable price. Thanks Best Buy . I will definitely be shopping for more products soon.

At the kids house for diner and their TV died. ordered this with my phone and we picked it up 30 minutes later. The kids are excited as this was much better than their old TV and it really didn't cost me much. We all came out winners!
