This TV has a great picture, but the “smart part” doesn’t work very well. We got it set up easy enough, but immediately started having problems being able to access apps and simple functions were hard to access with the remote. After an hour on the phone with Samsung, we rebooted the TV and the remote, but still couldn’t access apps and still had trouble with basic functions. Samsung ordered a replacement remote. The next morning the remote started working right inexplicably.
I think the problem is most likely the Tiezen Smart System. I run into occasional glitches where I have to reboot the TV to get an app to work right and the new smaller remote makes it difficult to perform normal streaming functions. There are menu options to various shortcuts buried in the built in on screen menu, but I don’t think I should have to do a deep dive to do routine streaming viewing.
The set this one replaced was a 4 year old Samsung that had started turning itself on and off in the middle of the night and the remote wasn’t working properly. We bought another Samsung thinking it was an anomaly. Funny thing was, I tried rebooting the TV and Remote like I did on the new one, and voila, it is working fine now and the “more complicated” remote is much easier to operate than the new one is. It is also “powered by Tiezen”.
The other Samsung set is of similar features, but is not Tiezen powered. It works fine still…

I recommend ensuring your Firmware is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Awesome TV with crystal clear picture. Glad i got it. Easy to hook up. I watch a lot of Antenna TV with a digital Antenna. Gets great picture. Romote was easy to learn. Will buy another Samsung glad my husband talked me into it.

I came in looking for a Samsung TV for my gaming and I don't know which one to get I asked a couple of the workers and they were really nice and informative on the tVs. They also broke down the price and which was the better deal for the better quality TV

Excellent picture but this Samsung setup was considerably more difficult and I detest the Samsung tv program that you are forced to bypass frequently just to watch my apps n programs. I have purchased greater than 10 of their tvs and they have an excellent picture but need to dump the forced Samsung tv programming

Was fortunate to get in on sale but after seeing the picture quality and ease of use i would definitely have purchased at full price. Looks great in my living room.

Display is sharp and crisp. Not to mention, this TV comes with 4K LED which produces vibrant picture quality. It’s been 6 months using this TV without facing any issue. Highly recommended!

I enjoy this Samsung 65" TV, I had a 50" previously but I like this much better. The picture is crisp and clear. The sound quality is ok, but I have a VIZIO 5.1 M-Series Home Theater Sound Bar with surround sound speakers connected to it. Now the sound is really good! I always liked the Samsung TV's good quality picture!

The quality is good and sound is ok. Love Samsung so had to get another one tv is nice and big. The only thing I would say is the sound is not that loud.

Overall I think I could have gone with a competitor for a lower price and larger screen with equal crisp clean colors and picture but am still happy with my purchase.

The tv has a great picture & minimal sound. I saved so much $ & spent another $260 on a soundbar/sub to makr it sound like my other 49"TV set up, plus it's a 65"!

Love the size and how thin it is! Quality is great. Just wish the remote had voice activation. The sound also seems a bit low even when I put the volume up to like 70. No real bass

Samsung is my go to for entertainment and I love my Samsung 65” Chrystal UHD smart tv! Great picture and sound! I always buy through Best Buy! Great service and delivery is always on time!

The television works very well. The image is high quality and the sound is very powerful. There are many apps I have no idea their function, but it seems nice for those who know and have smart homes. I think there’s the ability for connecting with smart apps and equipment but I’m not sure.
