This smart tv is amazing :). The picture quality is very good!

I love my new Samsung 65-Inch television. Extremely Happy with my purchase.

We had a 55 inch and it went out and we bought a 65 inch and are very satisfied.

The picture is excellent. It has aesthetic features I like too like the on/off presentation.

Confidence is instilled in the purchaser when the installers get right to work, and it is apparent they knew what they were doing. They informed us what was going to be done, and then asked if we had any questions. They asked us where we wanted the TV installed, related additional info about height and centering. When completed, they asked and showed us usage and wanted to know if we had questions. Finally, the clean-up was performed.

Very nice TV, easy to set up and has a great picture.

We purchased this tv on 11/29/24 and it broke on 12/7/25. Thank god we purchased the two year warranty for an additional $80 - Geek Squad advised that there’s a hardware issue causing the screen to go black and that repair would exceed the value of the tv, so we are getting a replacement but they are asking that we pay another $60 to get another warranty on the new tv. Given that the first one broke so soon, we don’t want to risk not getting the warranty on the replacement but are shocked that they would ask us to pay more to replace when the original warranty we purchased had to be used less than two weeks after the manufacturers warranty expired. I have asked that they cover the cost of the new warranty given that we spent more than $600 on a tv barely over a year ago. They said they can’t do that for us which is crazy to me as a customer service worker myself. I was told a manager would call me back yesterday, but I still haven’t heard anything despite calling twice now to escalate. I understand that these things happen but requiring us to pay more to replace a defective tv doesn’t seem fair at all. It doesn’t cost Best Buy anything to give us the $60 warranty as long the product they’re selling us lasts for two years.. if they stand by their product, giving us the warranty should not be an issue for them at all. Hoping to receive that call back today like they advised so I can follow up with good news but at this point, Im just extremely disappointed in how this is being handled as it has been a huge inconvenience for us that they are trying to charge us more for. I have other TVs that are more than 5 years old without ever having an issue. The 2 year warranty on the replacement should be a given if we find ourselves in the same situation a year from now. Like I said before, it’ll they stand by this product, then they should be able to provide a warranty at no cost that IDEALLY we won’t have to use.

The quality is very good, the image is very nice and don’t like to much the sound but it is okay
