    I bought an 85” and a 65” Samsung 4K Smart TVs, plus brackets to install on wall. The Geek Squad arrived and took care of everything. I couldn’t have been easier. Love the TVs and love the top-notch Geek Squad service!!!

    Excellent picture provides an incredible movie and TV show experience. Recommend a sound bar with the TV though.

    Not worth the money, get the 8k series or better

    Remote will not work unless close to TV , will not pick up Samsung TV no matter how many times you reload , we have 2 8k series tvs and they pick it up just fine

      I’m sorry to hear your DU7200 TV’s remote is not working as expected. You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds.

      After performing the reset, you'll need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.

      If the remote is still not working:
      1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
      2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
      3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
      4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

    Sound very weak/ remote does not have enough features Disappointed regarding help once you buy the TV—Geek Squad needs to return—they set up when they delivered but I am having too many issues-called the guy that set-up TV—he said to call his boss—I called at least 6 times—voicemail full, no answer, etc. Caleb sold me the TV—he was very good! Service (Geek Squad) is the problem! I am very dissatisfied!

      Hi GaryW,

      Thank you for letting us know about the sound/remote issues you are having with your DU7200 TV. Please try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues.

      There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
