    sales people were very helpful however wrong size was ordered. I had to go to the store the next day to have it corrected.

    Good for the price. Definitely not a “steal” or worth $1000+. Oh and funny thing is, the soundbar they “offered a deal” is completely useless with it. NO OPTICAL PORT! Don’t be fooled like I was

    Good price for TV based on quality but setting up wifi very manual and cumbersome. Setting up TV shouldn't be this complicated.

    Problem with new Samsung 65" TV.

    I don't know if something happened to my new 65" Samsung during delivery by a BB contract company (not Geek Squad as requested}. The sound will stop on this TV which has happened 3 or 4 times so far and it takes about an hour plus to get the sound back. Since they dropped my old TV which I was going to give to my family, and they parked several houses down the street from me and carried the TV in the box past several houses makes me wonder if they dropped this TV. I have never had any problems with a new TV before. Is it covered by Samsung or Best Buy and for how long?

      Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your DU7200 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying:

      1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

      2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.

      3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

      If you continue to have issues, your TV is covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.     Great TV for the price. Great value! Had a 75" that was damaged in moving it. This unit was only $499, and couodnt even consider having the old one repaired for that price!

    Overall a very satisfying purchase. However it occasionally resets itself or turns off. This might be a controller problem.
