    All of the people I dealt with on line and on the phone were incredible and so helpful. Also the delivery people were also so nice. It was a fabulous experience buying the TV.

    Easy to set up and a decent picture. We did not like the remote - just too small and not intuitive - easy to push the wrong button. We liked how easy it was to move through programs and apps. Although the picture quality was okay for an 'intro-type' TV, we found it just too dark, no matter what setting we used. We ended up returning it and are thinking we may have to pay a little more for a TV to get what we would really like.

    A beautiful TV. Found out the hard way that you need to put the power cord into the back of the TV before mounting it on the wall!

    The first TV I received had a big dent in the front, so I had to return it. The second one was in perfect condition. Love the tv. Just wish the sound was louder/clearer.

    Purchased in October of 2024. It has been a good tv. I would say there have always been some quirks with it, but it has always worked reliably. The issue at hand came after sliding it to the side to do some cleaning. It has quit working. I can hear it come on but there is no display. I think these tv's are sensitive. I would be very cautious when moving these around for any reason.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with having no picture. If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues.

      1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

    Great non-QLED/OLED option for a smart TV

    If you want a relatively affordable smart TV and you’re not a fan of QLED or OLED, this is a good choice. You get all the streaming apps and a full browser.

    To bare bones on features. Many input and output options are not available on this model. Ex..Cannot connect older NES to this TV. Remote is too small for big hands!

    I purchased the 65inch Samsung crystal UHD black Friday 2024. The set up was easy, pairing to the sound bar was easy and pairing to my Samsung android was easy and has been working good until now. My screen flashes on and it has sound but no picture. It had 5 stars now 0 stars
