    My number one brand all the time it is very durable and clear I enjoy watching my shows. All my staff household is samsung. Including my phone. They never go wrong.

    Hi the tv that u gave us is very good. And the remote is very smart and the tv brightness is very good so is the volume of the tv. And the tv it’s very quick. And what else and the tv has a very good system thank u

    Sound very weak/ remote does not have enough features Disappointed regarding help once you buy the TV—Geek Squad needs to return—they set up when they delivered but I am having too many issues-called the guy that set-up TV—he said to call his boss—I called at least 6 times—voicemail full, no answer, etc. Caleb sold me the TV—he was very good! Service (Geek Squad) is the problem! I am very dissatisfied!

      Thank you for letting us know about the sound/remote issues you are having with your DU7200 TV. Please try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues.

      There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

    BROKE AFTER ONE YEAR

    We purchased this tv on 11/29/24 and it broke on 12/7/25. Thank god we purchased the two year warranty for an additional $80 - Geek Squad advised that there’s a hardware issue causing the screen to go black and that repair would exceed the value of the tv, so we are getting a replacement but they are asking that we pay another $60 to get another warranty on the new tv. Given that the first one broke so soon, we don’t want to risk not getting the warranty on the replacement but are shocked that they would ask us to pay more to replace when the original warranty we purchased had to be used less than two weeks after the manufacturers warranty expired. I have asked that they cover the cost of the new warranty given that we spent more than $600 on a tv barely over a year ago. They said they can’t do that for us which is crazy to me as a customer service worker myself. I was told a manager would call me back yesterday, but I still haven’t heard anything despite calling twice now to escalate. I understand that these things happen but requiring us to pay more to replace a defective tv doesn’t seem fair at all. It doesn’t cost Best Buy anything to give us the $60 warranty as long the product they’re selling us lasts for two years.. if they stand by their product, giving us the warranty should not be an issue for them at all. Hoping to receive that call back today like they advised so I can follow up with good news but at this point, Im just extremely disappointed in how this is being handled as it has been a huge inconvenience for us that they are trying to charge us more for. I have other TVs that are more than 5 years old without ever having an issue. The 2 year warranty on the replacement should be a given if we find ourselves in the same situation a year from now. Like I said before, it’ll they stand by this product, then they should be able to provide a warranty at no cost that IDEALLY we won’t have to use.
