I wasn’t going to go with this tv because of the price but after looking at all the stores it looked like the best deal. I was so glad to because it comes with so much more I didn’t even know about. You get more channels on a Samsung TV. They have their own tv channels and don’t have to pay for. That is a big plus in my experience. Great deal don’t pass up a free deal.

I love this TV, it was delivered to my home in a very short time in perfect condition. This is this is the second TV I purchased from Best Buy and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy one, go ahead you won’t regret.

Best buy was right I wanted a 55in but the sales person asked me the size of my room and after I told him he said I would be better off with a 65in and I was I had to take back my 55in to the store and get the 65in thank you so much for your awesome advice I will always go back to and best buy in the city of eastvale and Corona California

Amazing features for the price I like the new hub as well easy navigating the new remote features. You can also download the remote to your device doesn’t matter what brand model it is Apple friendly

I love my new tv. When it was first delivered I was upset that they delivered a broken TV. But when I reached out to the customer service people via chat, I was impressed how professional and fast they were in getting me my new tv in less than a week. And it's the best TV I could of purchase for the price

Initially i was very pleased… color, picture fabulous. 31 days later there was a five inch wide vertical line , top to bottom. I didnt get the best buy extended warranty. Luckily it was still under the 90 day manufacturer warranty. They picked it up and in 5-6 days it was fixed and returned.
Now… not sure why… but it wont stay connected to my sound bar and sometimes the tv goes dark … dont know what thats about… ill have to troubleshoot…
Un short… kind of a headache so far… at least the price wasnt crazy otherwise id be screaming.
