    This tv is a real pain to program and the Samsung set up is the worse I’ve ever had to deal with! I’m a patient guy been dealing with electronics since I was 16 years old! Samsung needs to be better.

    It is a good tv, when connected to the smart things app I use my phone more than the remote.

    This tv sucks don’t recommend it, got messed up within a year, purchased warranty when I bought it. Geek squad said they can’t work on it because it’s Samsung.. was told to contact them for support. Scheduled an appointment with them that they keep rescheduling further down the week. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating. What was the point in buying the warranty with BestBuy in the first place if I was being redirected to someone else.

    Disappointed experience with TV

    Overall very disappointed, by the tv and the lack of information from the Best Buy associate. The remote is so minimal that it actually makes it very frustrating to use. This is not a good tv to attach to the wall with a fixed mount as the tv connections are too far around the back. The connections are not close enough to the side to access them. Would have been helpful if the associate explained this. Picture is not as good as our previous Sonys. Samsung streaming apps don't work well with the tv.

      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

    Television is dark at the top when you turn it on. Also it's difficult to add other apps to it. Once it's on the picture is slightly cloudy

      Hi LindaG,

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your DU7200 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale any content sent to it as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

      Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity:

      1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
      2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
      3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD.
      4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings
      5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
      6) For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

    Get a Different Model

    Purchased for my daughter’s birthday, so we opened the box 2 weeks after purchase. Just recently 2 rows of pixels froze on the screen - after the return date expired. Then recently the pixels unfroze and the screen looks normal; I hope it stays that way. And, the TV speakers are subpar. We turn the volume up to 50 for some movies and the sound is still just above a whisper… : (

      Thank you for your feedback. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

    picture and sound terrible lag time to connect to Prime Video App, black pic ,voice only with PV app at times. My older 2015 model was way better.

    Poor picture quality and streaming ability

    This TV is poor quality, probably the worst I have owned of over 10 televisions. The biggest problem is the streaming capability, when you pair the TV with YouTubeTV, Hulu and other streaming apps. This TV has continual problems with "locking up" and you either have to wait, restart app, or reinstall app. Numerous calls to Samsung technical support and they cannot fix the issue. This is the newest of my three TVs, and the two older models have no problems streaming (not Samsung TV models though). I have really fast WiFi, so I know my internet service is not the issue. This television also has poor picture quality, especially when viewing sports. It will feel like "jitter" as the picture quality constantly tries to keep up with picture movements and gets "blurry". Again, Samsung technical support could not fix after changing several settings. I guess you get what you pay for. This TV is low price, and with it comes lower quality. Move past this model and find yourself a better television. I won't be purchasing Samsung any more. Disappointed I have to keep this one.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

    The picture is great thats it hdmi arc horrible doesn't work so i assumeed it had a digital optical out like my other Samsung tv nope so you can't connect speakers and Bluetooth nanda can't return no more Samsung any thing ever and stores associates clueless and geeks not much better stay away from Best buy
