Good quality, terrible interface

Very intrusive and youre stuck naivgating around it. For example I dont have a home smart hub and camera yet i cant delete this icons. Additionally for a Senior trying to just use cable TV and an Amazon firestick, its very confusing a step intensive to switch the inout back ans forth and often we are opening the wrong aps and get lost in the journey. Would have retruned it but outside of 60 day exchange policy (90 days). Will not but another Samsubg until the fix their ecosysytem. Go Sony or LG. 1000x easier to operate.

You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.
I also recommend utilizing the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:
1) Navigate to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub
2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature
3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App
4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature

Too many other good options out there

Also the Samsung UI is annoying and too many ads.

Issues started off as freezing and going blank in November, and I should have returned it then. The TV then worked well until around Christmas it would make a loud pitch, and the screen would go orange and come back. I thought maybe the cable was well, it wasn't, and the pitch and screen issue started twice a day, and then recently, every time it was on. Sunday 1 13, it pitched, then the orange screen, then shut off, and never came back on.

Best Buy Has Really Gone Downhill

When I arrived at the store to pick up my TV, they handed it to me in a box for a completely different model. While I was driving home, I received a call from the store letting me know they had forgotten to include some parts. I had to turn around to pick up the power cable and remote. When I finally got home and unpacked the TV, I discovered that the stand was missing, and the power cable they provided was also the wrong one. I tried reaching out to the store, but there is no way to call them directly. I attempted to contact both online and phone support, but neither could connect me to the store or resolve my issue. I ended up having to drive all the way back to the store. Their response was basically, “tough luck—you can return the TV if you want.” They offered no additional guidance or support. I asked if I could get a shipping label to return the product since it clearly did not meet the "Open-Box Excellent" description, but was told to contact online support. When I did, I was told that shipping the TV back was not an option. The customer service throughout this process has been terrible, especially considering I am a Totaltech member and have regularly shopped at Best Buy for years. After this experience, I am seriously reconsidering Best Buy as a place to make future purchases.
