However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

TV Died After 2 Days

Waiting for a Samsung technician to fix or replace. Seemed like it had good picture quality until it died. Smart Things app for set up was ok, not the most intuitive, but reasonable simple.

Great tv but does not last long

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Not User Friendly Set Up

Replaced a 2019 Samsung TV and it was not as simple as plug and play with my Yamaha. Problem was fixed by eventually resetting to both the TV and Receiver to original factory settings. What a pain in the rear.

not so great

All other brands of TVs in our house work amazingly except this one. Everytime we watch this tv, one of the apps stall and it takes hours for it to work again, even when we turn off and unplug the TV. I’m surprised.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Dont buy they lie

While the tv was in the cart they promised a delivery date. After I paid for the tv they said I had to setup a delivery date and it was 3 days after the original delivery date. On the delivery date they claimed they didn't have the tv and I had to wait till the next week. Support promised me a rebate check for my troubles but I had to wait till after the tv was installed to claim. After the installation they claimed they couldn't do a check but would send me a BestBuy card with the rebate amount. To date I have not received the promised rebate.

Not reliable

When I purchased this tv, I wanted one without a streaming service connected to it like a Roku or something of the sort. I didn’t think to get a warranty because I thought Samsung was a good brand in general. But barely 3 months, the screen is already flickering. Since we’ve had the tv, every streaming service pauses for a few seconds and then proceeds to play. Don’t put yourself through it

Thank you for letting us know about the flicking issues you are seeing on the DU7200 TV. I have a few recommendations that may resolve this issue; otherwise, please know we back our TVs with a 1-year limited warranty.
First, let's make sure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, it's possible the flickering is due to Energy Efficiency Settings. The Eco sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level. If the Eco Sensor has adjusted the screen’s brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. You can also disable these features for a steady brightness setting.
You can adjust Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer by going to Settings > All Settings> General > Power and Energy Saving > and adjusting the Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to manually adjust contrast.

Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV! Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores!

I'm very sorry to hear that your DU7200 TV was delivered damaged. Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation – laid on its side or tilted – during transit, damage could have been done.
The Samsung limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship encountered in intended use of the product and shall not cover the below.
• Physical Damage: Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse of the product is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
o If the service center determines that damage to the unit was caused by accident, abuse, or misuse (e.g., physical damage), the customer is responsible for the repair.
o If a customer is out of warranty and we accommodate the consumer and offer a free of charge repair and the service center determines that damage to the unit was caused by accident, abuse, or misuse (e.g., physical damage), the accommodation is voided, and the customer is responsible for the repair.
• Damage that occurs during shipment, delivery, or installation of the product
