Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV! Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores! If your soundbar is Bluetooth-enabled, you can also connect it to the TV via Bluetooth.

Wow..

This is great for Bluray movies, gaming and just regular tv programs..in enhances them all to 4k…and best of all the price saved me my beer money!! :)

No TV tuner.

You cannot hook up an antenna to it. It shows it in the "manual", but it doesn't exist. This is my first Samsung TV after years and years with Sony. My last two Sony TV's were major disappointments so I tried Samsung. Decent TV, works fine....just wish I would've known it didn't come with a tuner built in. No local PBS for free for me.....

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this tv was delivered on 4/26 on May 27 it went out and I still have not seen a repair/replacement tech. It was scheduled for 6/6 they called and changed to 6/10 that was a no call no show they rescheduled for 6/20 then I called to make sure was coming was told yes then about 30 mins later I receive a text saying not going to make it rescheduled to 7/2 I called back to samsung and told them I would take it back to best buy and exchange it my self still waiting to for the information to do this. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS TV

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Not worth the money.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish I could say it’s a good tv but after an hour of setting up the tv and then 25 min into a movie we heard a zap sound come from the tv and the whole screen went black. The tv stopped working completely wouldn’t turn on wouldn’t do anything. For over 400 dollars and being upsold by the Best Buy employee telling us it was the better quality choice , it doesn’t seem to have been worth it. when I contacted Best Buy explaining it’s only been two hours since having purchased the tv and it died! The only option we had was wait two days for a replacement and for them to take this one away. And then they were going to charge me a delivery fee for the new tv! I had to ask for them to waive the delivery fee for the inconvenience…… considering we only had the tv for 2 hours!!!!!

Hulu app is incompatible with this Samsung TV.

Hulu works fine on all my other devices. (Tv, tablet, phone, ruku) Other apps on this samsung TV work fine, including internet steaming. Samsung customer care doesnt care. Oucture is hood. The remote is not very good.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Hulu+ app and your DU7200 TV. I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try, which may resolve these issues. To help resolve the issue with the Hulu+ app, I recommend running a cold reboot on your TV. To so do, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
Next, I recommend ensuring the Hulu+ app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the Hulu+ app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the Hulu app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.
Then we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “Hulu+” and then select “Reinstall.”
Also, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Misdelivered TWICE

We ordered April 27th and had a scheduled delivery for Saturday May 3rd. The TV they delivered was broken. We called customer service and the earliest they could deliver our replacement was the 7th. Not ideal, but we said okay. The 7th came, plans rearranged to accept delivery, and my husband gets a call that they are IN ANOTHER STATE with our TV. The guy somehow thought it would be smart to use the billing address instead of the SHIPPING ADDRESS that our broken TV came to… in order to EXCHANGE a TV that didn’t exist there? So at this point we’ve waited way too long for this TV. Then they tell us the earliest they can deliver our replacement is May 15th… over a week after this already replacement delivery that THEY messed up. With zero compensation or apology… we decided to do a return (somehow they could pick it up as early as Friday?) and go with Amazon. Best Buy is a company I don’t think I’ll be seeing around in the next ten years because that’s the worst customer service/business I’ve experienced in a while.

TV sucks and so does Best Buys customer service

I purchased this TV with a 2yr warranty and it dies within a month. Come to find out after I purchased this I have to go through Samsung in order to get a replacement or it even looked at. And to make matter worse since I bought it for an office kitchen they limit the warranty, which makes no sense. The TV doesnt know if its in my house or an office. Now three weeks later and several calls back and forth with samsung I'm still left without a working TV. Costsco is the olny place I'll buy anything else from.
