    I love my new tv. When it was first delivered I was upset that they delivered a broken TV. But when I reached out to the customer service people via chat, I was impressed how professional and fast they were in getting me my new tv in less than a week. And it's the best TV I could of purchase for the price

    Amazing features for the price I like the new hub as well easy navigating the new remote features. You can also download the remote to your device doesn’t matter what brand model it is Apple friendly

    Bought the TV in September of 2024. We enjoyed it -- good picture, easy to navigate, nice smart TV features. In December of 2025, a few days short of 15 months after purchase, the main board went out. Out of warranty, Samsung wants $120 for travel and diagnostics, $120 for repair, plus about $250 for the main board. That's more than the price of the TV. I appealed to Samsung support for a discount, the answer was "no". We'll buy another 65" TV, but it won't be Samsung.

    Initially i was very pleased… color, picture fabulous. 31 days later there was a five inch wide vertical line , top to bottom. I didnt get the best buy extended warranty. Luckily it was still under the 90 day manufacturer warranty. They picked it up and in 5-6 days it was fixed and returned. Now… not sure why… but it wont stay connected to my sound bar and sometimes the tv goes dark … dont know what thats about… ill have to troubleshoot… Un short… kind of a headache so far… at least the price wasnt crazy otherwise id be screaming.

    It’s great however a few apps make the TV crash. That issue doesn’t make it a bad TV. The display is beautiful and the sound is okay. I would recommend. There’s an Eco mode if you don’t like super bright pictures. I also enjoy the free workout videos, screen share and Samsung plus TV

    Very nice tv for the price. I had to buy a new tv after only 8 years, as the pic went on my LG. I am usually an LG person, but decided to make a change. I have to say I am pleased.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
