Internet Connection Poor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This brand new extremely expensive smart tv only connects to the internet probably 40% of the time we try to stream Netflix or Hulu on it. We even moved our router to be directly next to the tv just in case it was too far and it still doesn’t work every time. Every other device has no issue connecting to the wireless and we know our internet is not the problem. This smart tv is very inadequate and I’m super disappointed. My husband read other people’s reviews on Samsung forums that said similar things. I do not recommend this product.

Broke twice!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel we probably got a defective model, however, after 21 days of fighting with Samsung to have our TV (that was brought brand new on Black Friday 2017) fixed, we are still without a TV and completely frustrated with the lack of customer service Samsung has shown. We will never again purchase or recommend ANY Samsung product!!!!

Excellent 4K TV!

Love the fact that their is just one cable (one connect) and the cord is hidden in the back of the TV. Gives this unit a very clean look. So far my family and I are loving it. 4K content is absolutely amazing on this TV.

Astounding

I decided to watch my first TV show last evening to help fall asleep. Totally wrong. From the minute the picture came up, it was like I fell into an episode of Amazon's Electric Dreams. Honestly, I started out close and I was mesmerized. Straight on you could see the real life details of the actors as I have never seen on TV or even in a movie theater. It was even somewhat in 3D -- not like an annoying kids version but as you would see it in real life. The curve gave everything a very dreamy quality as the screen widened which is how you see in real life. You focus ahead and you filter the sides. Even when I moved about 14' from the screen, the experience was still great and I'm delighted with this choice. And I don't think the set-up in Best Buy does the TV's picture justice. I can't recommend this TV enough. Or Geek Squad's install. Of the Best Buy rep's who spent hours and hours with me as I was making my mind up and asking the same questions over and over. And in case you're afraid that curved TV's are obsolete fads, the reviews are just wrong. They have been over 10% of Samsung's total sales and are being phased out to upscale buyers to higher priced OLED TV's. The flat and the curved are now the same price so take advantage.

TV Truly "Tells -a - Vision"

All 3 couldn't get over the quality of the picture on this tv. Heaping praises on it sort'a made me feel that I had made the correct decision in picking this set over the others. Incredible color, clarity and a newfound enjoyment for movies, documentaries and tv shows in general. Very glad to have this tv and would buy again.

All went fine with installation. Have only had one issue to connect after we changed i ternet but customer service walked us through it. 3 years now and still no peoblems

I called Samsung, read fourms on what is the best settings....nothing fixed it. The Vizio M series this replaced had no blur...but had other issues, so back to Vizio it went. Taking this Samsung back after 7 days for a Sony or LG. Very disappointed as I am a gamer and a sports fanatic and cannot deal with this motion blur.

Perfect crystal clear picture

Fits the living room perfectly. Beautiful picture. Sounds great hooked up to the Dolby Atmos Samsung soundbar I have.

So easy to use the one remote that came with the TV. Hook up with the connect one was just plain sweet. Voice command with the remote is great too. You won't be disappointed with this TV the picture and features are top notch!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased this tv at bb and had geek squad deliver and set it up. there was freed delivery and set up the day I purchased it. seemed to be easy to set up. picture and sound is great. geek squad was great. took their time and answered all my questions. I would have given the tv a five star rating, but disappointed in the remote. for the price of the the tv, you would thing that Samsung would have a remote control that had a keyboard so when inputting information, you would not have to use a cursor and move it around the screen.

Good Picture

TV failed after 2 days so got spooked and returned it for the Samsung. The Samsung has a nice picture as well but the Sony was better. I like the setup menus for the Samsung better than the Sony. One disappointment is the angle of view. Sitting about 12 ft away and at a 30 deg angle from center, the display is washed out and hazy. This is very disappointing sitting this far away. The Sony had a much better picture at the same viewing position.
