Did some research and read reviews before deciding on this TV. Ordered online and tv came promptly on day that I scheduled it for. We have had no issues whatsoever with TV. Great picture quality and sound. Getting ready to buy another TV just like it from Best Buy.

I was looking for a TV that I could access many apps without plugging other devices into it. This TV had everything we needed and more. I love the picture quality. We have You tube TV and we can access it with this TV. Great price, great picture and easy setup.

We bought it as a gift for my dad and he loves. It has amazing graphics and sound. We also use it to play music on spotify or YouTube. Also can connect it to any device and do mirror screening and can show home videos or photos when family get together.

I love this tv I bought it about a month ago. I did a ton of research online about what kind I wanted and then went to Best Buy and when I saw this on display at the right price I decided to just buy it. It has everything I need and the picture looks great.

this is a perfect size. no distortion. big enough for movies. still nice for watching everyday.. clear crisp picture. defined blacks. samsung hub is nicely done. netflix is on the tv now so no need to download. same with hulu and others. on demand works too!

Picture is great and the TV's sound is better than I expected (fine for TV shows/news, etc. Will buy a sound bar for movies). Price was competitive (met the lowest prices I found) and had it delivered for free. Delivery crew was polite, freindly, and efficient.

Saw same one at Sam's Club for $150 more~!!!! This TV has all the apps in it....

Have wanted a 65" TV for a while. The Samsung 4k Smart TV has everything I need, and a great picture! Geek squad guys were quick, neat, and enthusiastically helpful showing me how operate the smart capabilities of the TV.Couldn't have been more pleased!

excellent picture quality. ours is on a lot .would advise to get extended warranty. our old lasted about 2 years and died. bought the 5 year warranty. con / after replacing old T V you lose remaining warranty. had to pay again to get more warranty. bummer! 65 inch samsung.

I'm disappointed by how washed out the picture is when viewed from an angle. Make sure you check that out in the store before purchasing. Also I have not been able to update it to get apps for some of the newer streaming services. But a great picture straight on in the right lighting conditions.

I love Samsung TVs. This is my first smart TV and I love it. The picture is beautiful and the sound is great. I’m enjoying the numerous platforms available for viewing and it’s extremely easy to navigate. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
