SAMSUNG was useless and after a few calls I was told that they would replace it but it took 4 days and my wife just came home from open heart surgery so I went to Walmart and brought a 59 inch for half the price. They delivered the 2nd tv and so far it’s working. So is my tv from Walmart

Few HDMI and Audio exit connections. Audio If you have already a high-end Audio System you have to trash it in the garbage or spend another $700 in another Bluetooth audio system. .... and you have to do that because the sound quality below average.

Compared to our 2 year old 65" Vizio HD downstairs, it is a huge improvement. Whites are crisp and blacks are black. The black doesn't get the weird blotchy gradient that the Vizio gets in low light scenes.

Poor visual quality and terrible sound compared to our 13 year old flat screen TV. Still works. Great price for a reason? Shame on me!

The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out. It is also designed with lots of custom settings, allowing users to adjust images to their liking.
This unit features two 10 W integrated speakers and DTS Premium Sound 5.1. It also offers Audio Return Channel (ARC) support, which allows TV's with ARC capabilities and capable devices to transfer audio back and forth using one HDMI cable.

Please know that our typical store mode is showing the “dynamic” picture mode which is very bright. We recommend Standard mode at home environment for everyday viewing experience.
In addition to the display screen, the quality of the image on your screen also depends on the source and the connection.
HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4k Content will provide the best picture quality.
The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that would automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

A very wonderful product and so easy to use. Best Buy crew did very good service in delivery and hook up for me and very patiently instruct me about using this unit. We have a similar TV, same brand, behind our bar. Unfortunately since they are both Samsung, when I turn one on the other turns on as well. It's been a bit of a pain. But overall the TV is great.
