I bought 3 of these TV's one for me and one for each of my children. All three need to be replaced. Won't buy Samsung TV products again. Maybe any of their products.

I’m usuallu happy with my purchase but this time I’m very disappointed. I will not make another major purchase from Best Buy again. I hate this tv. The Tv tilts back on the stand. Looks terrible. It looks weird trying to view a tilted tv.

Overall it has been a decent TV. After three years of use the volume has stopped adjusting, it’s an intermittent problem so it isn’t that big of a deal.

Stopped working after 2 years

The volume suddenly won't go up on the tv, no matter how many different ways we try to resolve it. I feel like I've Googled them all. I also see that I'm not the only person with this issue. The tv is two years old so there's no warranty and Samsung wants to charge an exorbitant amount to send a technician out to "fix" the issue. Will not be buying another Samsung product ever.
