    My TV only lasts for 13 months (Yest, just pass the warranty), and I need to pay to repair that. It has horrible quality and I will never suggest any one to buy it.

    This is our 3rd Samsung TV, which we received as a warranty replacement for a Samsung 60" 4K TV. Our previous TV was a Series 7 TV which we had Geek Squad protection on. After 3 years, they replaced it with this TV, which they said was the current equivalent TV. They sent us a 5" larger TV, but it's the Series 6. At first it seemed OK, but then we happened to start watching some darker picture shows. OUCH! With video that has a dark background and lighter images, the dark is VERY grainy and sometimes pixelated. Lighter, brighter video looks great... darker, deeper video looks horrible. Geek squad said they'll send out a new main board, but after having this TV only 38 days, it scares me to have a part replaced already. I'm going to take advantage of a 45-day return period I have and exchange this TV for the Series 7. The Series 7 has the High Dynamic Range (HDR) that the 6 doesn't have, which appears will take care of the low quality I'm seeing. (Fingers crossed)

    POOR Quality/BAD SERVICE

    I Bought this TV last year and within a year had multiple picture problems. Still under warranty Samsung sent a non English speaking technician to replace the screen. He replaced it with a scratched screen that had light bleeds at the bottom and when I protested the quality he only could say "it within spec" over and over again. Called Samsung and spent HOURs on the phone and they were of no help at all. I finally gave up and jut dealing with a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
