I had family that recommended them installing & showing us how to work. Wired our other equipment & recommended a sound bar which really helped. They carried it with them & installed it as well.

They talked us out of buying a less expensive, older, a little smaller TV and I can say I think it was worth it. This TV is super nice and all the features are easy to use too.

Have LG sound bar. Still have to us remote format. TV will not recognize my cable box. Still amwork in progress. Would not trade it back any for anything. Best buy helped me load the TV in my car laying flat in the SUV. Then Best Buy sent me a email telling me to make sure not to lay it flat?!? No problems happened but.....

Looking forward to the Stanley cup playoffs and football this fall. By the way, movies are amazing. Excellent tv.

Purchasing the accessories as well the TV was easy as 1-2-3. We bought the 5 year warranty and we know that the overall service agreement with all other purchases was awesome as always.
