The first one a 60 inch Samsung was still working after 10 years, but my husband wanted a 65 inch, so we purchased another one. We are really happy with the Samsung product.

Between personal and business use, I've purchased over 25 Samsung TVs in the past 10 years. Each one seems better than the last one and not one has broken yet. No reason to buy another brand.

Didn't buy the TVS that were Christmas come-ons. Got the 8000 series, 240motion rate. It is unbelievable. Glad I shopped at Best Buy and spoke to the great salespeople they have.

Watching golf and hockey is sometimes difficult because the ball and the puck looks like it’s skipping across the screen. Other than that, this is a great tv!

I opened up a Best Buy visa card and started to earn points immediately. It was topped off with a sales assoicate that help me pick out great speakers for my new TV. Great Team

The problem is the proprietary connection to the TV. This can cause problems with your AV receiver. The issue I have is TV would change the input on my receiver incorrectly. Via where the TV does not have an HDMI input you must connect via a proprietary cable.
