We had a little trouble finding a stand for it though. The table it is on wasn't wide enough to use the legs that come with the tv. Other than that, we haven't had any issues.

Recognized my receiver, Xbox and DirecTV receiver automatically through the HDMI ports, and controls them all. Pretty cool.

Unfortunately, it would periodically turn itself on in the middle of the day, night, and all times in between. After the 2nd week of what sounded like voices of people in the house in the middle of the night, we decided to exchange for a Sony. No issue since.
