TV would turn on, work for a couple minutes then shut off and continue to reboot. The TV would intermittently show a screen "ONE CONNECT DEVICE NOT FOUND". I called Geek Squad and spent 2 hours talking to the Recon guy who said there was nothing they could do. The Geek Squad guy told me that the problem was the mother board in the one connect device, it was defective. The one connect does not have a part number for the one connect device and can not replace the one connect only.. I was also told that my home was not in a service area for a technician that was able to repair the one connect. I was advised to RETURN my TV. I returned my TV the next day, got a full refund, and bought a BRAND NEW SONY BRAVIA TV. I have not had one issue with the SONY and it has a MUCH better picture. DO NOT BUY THE SAMSUNG, with ONE CONNECT. Apparently they have a model without the one connect, maybe that one will be better. BUT AVOID the ONE CONNECT! It is FAULTY and not replaceable.

It took almost 10 days to get the tv even when it was in stock.

It may have lots it can do but I cant find a user/owners manual online at samsung, NOT in the box and there is one embedded on the tv but you can read it and try the commands at the same time.
