    What I find is tv is defective as it won’t stay connected to internet—seems to be all Samsung TVs are defective and company has no fix. Didn’t realize until recently when I had to rely on tv for other entertainment

    I paid a lot of money for this tv but I’m not happy , it make some kind of noise through the speakers some times I will be returning this item . My first Samsung product and not happy

    This product broke down less than 10 hours after setting it up. I would expect a TV that costs $1500 to last longer than 10 hours.

    TV is a real disappointment picture quality is bad

    The problem is you can't make a 4k picture if you don't have a 4k signal. Upscaling a 720 or 1080i does not work very well my picture on my older Samsung was better. I'm not sure what I will do yet but I'm not happy!

    Great for movies below average for gaming. I was recommended this tv from a rep in Best Buy, and I was told it was great for playing my ps4 on. It has terrible ghosting even with game mode on.

    Tv quality is pretty good and user friendly. Down side is the wireless card for internet connection always disconnects from the internet.

    I had to return first TV after 28 days because line of pixles turned pink, The replacement TV doesn't seem to do streaming as good as the first tv Not sure Im sold on Samsung or not

    Out of box picture needed adjustment due to picture stutter. 120 refresh rate is annoying considering it is advertised as 240CMR. My 240 refresh rate 1080P has more fluid motion.

    This tv is not equal to my 6300 series 55" Samsung that I purchased in 2013. Its colors and detail are not as good. It's alright but not deserve 4 or 5 stars

    Very disappointed with the picture of this tv even after calibration . Motion blurred with little movement colors all looked muddy and washed out, upscaling left a lot to be desired. By all of the positive reviews I am let to believe I may have a bad tv but with 3 other Samsung tvs failing over the years I decided to go with another brand.
