I am truly amazed at the picture quality. It's outstanding.Was an early Christmas present, and probably one of the best I have ever received.Very pleased with my purchase, and the Samsung expert was very helpful.

Tv has great picture, and very easy to use, love the huge screen

Samsung doesn’t stand by its product. We have 8 different Samsung products at home, when we needed them to stand by their product and provide us proper diagnosis and solution to resolve the problem within warranty period...they couldn't. When the screen started with sudden increase in darkness to vertical lines, then minor crack shows up, then horizontal and vertical line and larger crack… Then totally stopped working! This happened after 10-11 months of purchase and I had a month left in warranty! It took 4 phone calls, and one online request to discuss the problem over 2 weeks of my time. Without even checking the any logs or opening up the TV, on call support staff started blaming me and they said it customer is responsible for any cracks and this is not a manufacturer defect. After multiple escalation they agreed to send a technician to home visit. The representative did a visual check...didnt even touch the TV and asked the “story” of the what happened… He turned the TV on and took a picture and said it’s not a manufacturer defect. The internal screen is broken… It happens only due to the negligence the owners not Samsung. So far this has been such a frustrating experience after spending 1300$. Very disappointing due to fragile quality of the product, worst customer support and technician supports!!!

ITS EVERYTHING THE SALES MANAGER SAID IT WOULD BE. I HAD PURCHASED THE HISENSE AND RETURNED IT DISAPPOINTED IN PICTURE. THE SAMSUNG WAS RECOMMENDED TO NOT DISAPPOINT AND THEY WERE RIGHT. I CANT STOP WATCHING IT.

I'm very happy with how easy it is to go from live tv to Netflix, AmazonPrime, and YouTube. The Samsung one remote is the best thing they have done in a while.

Needed a TV for my living room, but was unsure what brand and what size. After researching, Samsung got the best reviews and the size 65" is perfect in my living room. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

This is one awesome TV! It's so crisp and clear and it almost looks like 3D as if you are there. I would highly recommend this TV and it's well worth the price. Catch it on sale too, which makes it even better.

This TV looks even better when it’s hanging on the wall with the in Home experience. The quality is absolutely amazing...makes any 1080p movie so much more clearer than it probably should look. Just jaw dropping

This TV is fantastic. Excellent color and detail. This is easily thee best tv I have ever owned. Also the new remote was different at first but now I actually prefer it over the old style with all the buttons.

I picked this tv after reading a lot of reviews and doing research. This tv had the best of all worlds. I chose this one due to the HDR. Very happy with sound and the picture. Wish I would’ve went bigger lol

I love the tv, the soundbar at first was a little tricky to get to work. I had to adjust the settings to wifi and download the firmware from samsung to get it to work. But overall, it is great and works well.

I have had the television for a few weeks. Great picture! Sound is inconsistent on different channels but I believe that is my service provider. It connected seamlessly to my older sound bar. So far so good.

The Samsung 65" 4K UHDTV is amazing, the sound quality is very impressive , the picture is a lot more clearer than my last tv for sure . I am so happy with this TV I would highly recommend it to anyone ....

The quality of the picture and the refresh rate makes this TV an amazing upgrade to anything out there. And the service and help from Best Buy was absolutely 5 star! Knowledgeable install guys were great!

Ok this TV is amazing. I had owned the 55 inch that is not in the bonus room. This looks amazing and the picture is amazing. I did add the SONOS sounder and sub. The internal speakers are pretty darn good.

I did a lot of research before buying this TV and I must say it's exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. The picture is amazing the brightness level is crazy good. The remote that came with the TV is awesome too. RF modulated it's sweet. Between this and the LG at this price range this is the TV to buy. You will not be disappointed. All the places I checked were within 2 dollars of each other but with the best buy rewards this was the best deal. Very happy with the purchase.
