The Best Buy people were so helpful and made my choice easy. The picture is clear, sound is good and screen size perfect where we placed it. Price was good and a factor for us.

Seems to be a good purchase, but I need to learn all of the features of the TV. The picture is very good, but I am struggling with the auto picture adjustments. It seems that the picture darkens at times that it shouldn't. I know there's a setting for it but haven't had the opportunity to correct it.

I previously had a Samsung 55" 2015 model and decided to stick with Samsung. Best decision ever. I love this TV so much. The picture looks great and it has good sound as well.

This was more than I intended to spend but worth the price. I purchased a compering brand at same time to put in another room and their is a big difference in picture quality.

Excellent quality and sharpness. Especially when you watch sports. Samsung should come up with frequent firmware upgrades for wireless device manager compatiblity (keyboards)

It’s amazing the difference the quality of picture this has. I had a 65 in Sony 1080P I bought a few years ago that was at the tine top of its class. But I have to say this Samsung TV makes that Sony look like 19 in black and white. The details and vibrant colors makes me feel like I am actually there and not just watching it on TV.

this TV is perfect for the family room. clear picture, easy to set up - just sitting back and enjoying sports feeling like being on the field itself the picture is so clear!

This 65 inch TV has excellent quality picture and sound. It works well with other devices and apps. The navigation through settings and apps is relatively easy for anyone.

This was the smartest decision I have made! The picture is amazing. I was able to take advantage of the Black Friday deal, three days beforehand which was very convenient!

The quality of the image is amazing, the technology inside the TV and the size of the screen allows to really enjoy movies and all the fine details of a great photography.

After reading reviews I knew this would be a great tv with an amazing picture. I definitely was not disappointed from the moment I turned it on. Picture is crisp and clear.

Overall, this tv will not blow you away, but it won't let you down either. The picture is good, and the tv holds up well in bright rooms. I never could get the picture quite as nice as the test picture in the settings, but it's still a solid picture. Gaming is very good on this tv, with no motion blur. My biggest complaint is that the tv frequently locks up when using the smart functions/apps. When that happens, you need to unplug and reset the tv since there is no way to force close the app that is hung up. If the app is one you insalled, than you can uninstall the app but if the app came with the tv you are stuck resetting the tv.

The tv is amazing. Make sure you have brand new 4K cables though connected to all your external devices including cable box, Xbox, etc. upscaling can be a little better.

THE CLARITY OF THE TV W THE 4K DVD PLAYER SEEMS TO SOMETHING OF OUT THIS PLANET. RECOMMEND ALL GET THE TV. SPORTS EVENTS SEEM LIKE YOU'RE RIGHT THERE AT THE SPORTS EVENT

After so many years with my LCD it was sadly time to get a new TV. I was in total disbelief when I saw the price of OLED and similar level from other manufacturers. I heard that was simply the way to go. I’m glad I decided that I took a chance on this one. It’s the best TV I’ve ever owned.

I looked at several different models online. I decided on the Samsung because I have had great luck with the one that I already own. The UHD really brings out a lot of color. It was very easy to hook up and I really like the way it plugs up. Wires are virtually invisible when using the stand. My sound bar sounds better with this TV also. Even the wife noticed a difference. Get the 4K DVD too, you won't regret it!!!

We are so happy we went with the bigger tv and this brand.we had a smaller LG tv in our livingroom before and this one has a much better picture and sound than the LG!!

The TV is really nice. The sound is great, we did add a soundbar as suggested and it is nice for movies, but not entirely necessary like they said. The color is insane. Almost too much in some cases. Watching College Football and black uniforms looked Navy Blue in most of the picture modes. The green turf was just too much. Had to lower it in order to watch. But then for standard TV shows the vivid is good.

to start off I bought the Sony 850 e 65 inch problems from the start! would not sync. with any of my Bluetooth devices and I have been setting up my own TV's for years, within 6 days the picture bleached out and ended up with a red lazer type line down the middle of the screen, I called the Geek Squad they said a panel was probably gone and said take it back I was in the 15 day grace time So I did that day, the customer service was great at north 98 Lakeland. told them I really didn't want another Sony so they gave me a choice of anything from refund to exchange so I went back to the TV's got some great advice when I told them I was leaning toward the Samsung 65 inch 8000, customer service did the exchange with no problem, I brought the set home and in less than an hour I had the set up and in sync. with everything in the house and if you ever try their remote you will fall in love, how many people have to use a flashlight or keep a light on to see the button on the darn thing not with this one, thirty minutes and you can use it with your eyes closed thank you Samsung ! And thank you Best Buy, Good customer service shows they have a great store manager !
