So far the TV is beautiful, the colors are great. HDR. Also the Samsung upgraded sound bar is perfect. The Geek squad, Antiono did an outstanding job of hooking everything up and test it all.

I always buy Samsung tv’s due to their past performance and ease of use. This unit is no different. It gives a beautifully liquid picture and keeps me wanting to watch more.

I bought this tv to replace a 55” Samsung that was a little older and had a burn in line on right side, was not good on motion and choppy Smart TV. I have tried other tv’s but Samsung is my go to TV...I have 5 Samsungs in my home. This TV like most new ones is light as a feather. I had considered a curved model but when I went to BB showroom wanted to stick with flatscreen. The picture in BB was AWESOME, but all of the TV’s are in the showroom. Brought it home and was so happy it went on my TV stand...the screw holes int he back are like a lot of people mention, I had to make a couple of trips to Home Depot/Lowes (where I found what I needed). Had it up and running quickly. The picture in my living room is outstanding right out of the box. After changing some options I find that in the day I like the Dynamic Setting during the day and more Natural setting at night (for sports). The standard setting is great for watching other shows, I do move the backlight down because it is just too bright for my liking. On day 1 your eyes have not adjusted so just rest assured it will be better the next day. The biggest surprise on this TV is the sound....I thought my kids had the stereo system going but the sound out of the TV itself is AMAZING!!! Not like my surround stereo system but I don’t see any need for a sound bar if your thinking of going that route. Best sounding TV I have ever heard!! This TV has much better interface and I love the simple remote, once you get used to it you will surrender what ever your using now. The SmartHub is much easier to use and i love the other inputs. Sports have ZERO motion blur which my other TV was supposed to be the best at but used to blur moving footballs and pucks. This one is clear, clear, clear on everything I have watched. I always get bigger on size and am happy but my small living room may be maxed out at 65”...someday I will have a 400” tv. You can never have too big in my opinion. Great buy, great TV...highly recommend to anyone seeking new TV, esp for sports. You will not be disappointed!!!

I've had this TV for a month now and I love it. I am coming from a Vizio D series 2014 and the picture quality is night and day. There are a few pros and cons to this, especially comparing them to the Sony x900e. If the Sony is cheaper, i'd recommend that all day long. They simply look more vibrant and the HDR seemed to pop a ton more, probably because they are brighter TVs. With that out of the way, I purchased a 65'' MU8000 at $200 less than the Sony. The good: Motion is nothing short of fantastic. Easily adjustable too. Low input lag, even a casual gamer like myself notices the response, just make sure it is in game mode. This TV looks gorgeous as far as the build goes. Deep blacks, deeper than I expected. Amazing contrast. Color looks good. Im getting in the groove of the smart features, and for the most part the TV is easy to use and the remote is good. The viewing angle I was expecting to be much worse, but my low end Vizio was terrible. This is much better, you'll see some mild grey and saturation but nothing that is dismally bad. Cons: Is the HDR working? You can tell, but not an explosive difference, at least to me and I am new to HDR. Not the brightest, but for the most part I am unaffected as the room I watch it in is typically dark. Some mild banding and dirty screen effect, but I have seen much worse. Overall, a fantastic upgrade and I love it. Once the HDR wars battle it out and tech advances a bit, I will probably upgrade in 3 years, Good if the price is lower.

Tv turns off by itself every once in a while and we have to turn it on again it sucks to have a brand new tv and be able to enjoy it

The main design feature that sold me on this set (UN65MU8000FXZA) is Samsung's "One Connect Mini and Clean Cable Solution". I already knew that the picture was great with extremely rich colors and never planned on utilizing on the built in speakers. I knew that there would not be a QLED or OLED TV hanging next to it in my family room making me wish I had purchased something more expensive. No sir/ma'am. This set looks absolutely amazing. After powering the set up I was honestly expecting a cumbersome setup experience. Not this time around. Samsung made the system menu very clean and simple. I purchased this set on 2/2/2018 and had it mounted on the wall on 2/3, just ahead of the big game. The height of the TV is perfect as the seats in the room are elevated. Don't mind the temp patch job behind my cabinet. My drywall contact will be patching that this week! The only thing I would change about the set design-wise is that I would not make the power and "One Connect" cable come out of the bottom of the TV. Its' still 5 stars.

We mounted the 65 inch TV in our living which gets a lot of daylight during the daytime. Picture is great during the day and even better at night. Sports viewing is awesome, which was important to me. Watching movies as a family is fantastic. Bright colors and dark blacks hold true with the picture on this TV. A great viewing experience. Cosmetically, the TV has a nice streamlined look to it with a small silver border. Basically the entire front of the TV is all screen. It is a slick looking TV. We bought a sound bar, so I really can’t speak to the quality of the sound the actual TV speakers produce. Probably give adequate sound like any other TV would if you didn’t want the soundbar. The SMART functions on the TV are super user- friendly which was also a huge bonus. Our GEEK Squad techs were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

I replaced a 8 year old 46 inch Sony Bravia. I couldn’t be happier with the picture quality. My wife and I are sports fans so we went with this model because it is 120hz. Absolutely no motion blur. Samsung did a great job designing the smart TV as well. It is very easy to get used to. I find it to be be very fast when using Netflix, Amazon Video and YouTube. The TV also plays well with our Dish Hopper3. The HDMI 1 connect cable that is included is a bonus. Only 3 wires plug in the back of the TV, (the one connect cable, power cable & ethernet because I chose to go wired but the TV does have built in WiFi as well.) The One connect cable is connected to an HDMI box with 3 HDMI ports and a 4th HDMI port to be used with Surround Sound system or a sound bar.

This tv has a decent picture smart features work well.The sound is excellent,it is easy use and the remote is simple yet effective.Two things that bother me are the lack of a component hookup,meaning I have no way to hook up my we game counsel,it would would be nice if you could rename the inputs.

I bought the tv September 2017, I’m beyond impressed. Still works perfectly fine, honestly no reason to upgrade picture is great and it’s pretty fast. Highly recommend.

Have always used Samson products. and this TV is a great upgrade. Love the picture, sound is great, lite weight for the size. Easy setup with all my other products. my only bug would be the one hub hook up. it is a clean hook up but only HDMI hook up and usb. had to buy converter to run a older dvd player. but that was the only issue I had.. 4k is the way to go now.. did buy a 4k dvd and looks awesome with this tv. thank you Best Buy for great service and pricing.

Where to start..... well first off there's a reason why Samsung is making screens for everyone out there....they are the best at it. As for the operation of the tv the setup could not be simpler with the "one connect" hub. Just plug in your devices to the hub and power them on and the tv recognizes them all. It's pretty cool that it turns on Directv for me when the tv is powered on. Having an optical out on the hub made audio setup very easy as well. The fact that there is only one cable going up to the tv for all your video sources makes hiding cables much easier. I specifically bought this tv due to past experience with Samsung tv's. I also own Vizio tv's as well. Nothing touches the deep dish tones and ultra blacks that it can display. Well I imagine the Q series is even better but I will never be able to afford that level. Great for gaming and action movies due to the HDR and high refresh rate. I have no complaint with the tv. I have read complaints about the little app ad in the lower bar when the menu is open but I personally do not care as it has no effect on operation or what I'm doing. The audio from the built in speakers is adequate but I can not really advise on that as I use a surround system. I will warn you if you have a samsung phone and other smart devices this tv might freak you out a little when you power it up and it messages your cell phone and asks if you wish to set up the tv from your phone. I did technically buy this tv on black Friday only because it was convenient that the store was open on my way home from work and the crowds were already gone. It was a whole $2 cheaper than the regular sale price....lol. I think anyone will be happy with the ease of setup, picture quality and features this tv has.

This TV has permenant ads on the menu bar. The apps crash a considerable amount and I need to soft reset the TV to fix them.
