The picture depth and clarity is great. The remote is sleek and easy to use. I can also control devices (FireTV) that I attach to it with the native Samsung remote

I also bought a Klipsch soundbar and could not get it to work properly. Even called Samsung and they said that hooking it into outside audio products can be difiicult. I then went back to Best Buy and returned the soundbar for a Bose system and was assured that this system would work. I then spent another $150.00 having the Geek squad come to our home and they could not hook up my audio receiver or my Blu-Ray player and get the audio to play through the soundbar. Very disappointed in the stores knowledge of their products and the Geeks who showed up after I explained twice what I was trying to do. I still can't hook up all the components.

Called Samsung they said it just needed an update. That didn't work so I called geek and they have to replace my screen. Thank God I bought the insurance through best buy... all that aside the tv has a nice picture the smart features are awesome.

The clarity and color was so much better we questioned if the previous tv was actually 4k. The smart interface is easy to use and was also easy to setup with our phones.
